In-stock items will be shipped the same business day if ordered before 5:00PM Eastern / 2:00PM Pacific.
We offer Free 1-Day or Free 2-Day shipping on most orders over $299. You will see our fastest free shipping option for your location in checkout.
We also ship worldwide with trackable services such as DHL, FedEx and UPS though we may use the postal service for small items. Worldwide shipping is free on eligible orders over $499.
Exchange & Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer exchanges and returns for refund within 30 days for all products without batteries, starting the day you receive your order.
Products with batteries, such as some portable DAC/Amps or digital audio players, are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in excellent condition with all accessories and packaging.
To start a return or exchange, visit our Return/Exchange page. We can provide a return shipping label for orders delivered in the United States. The cost of our return label would be deducted from any refund.
Restocking Fees & Exempt Items
We do not charge a restocking fee on any of our HeadAmp amplifiers - they are rarely returned!
There is also no restocking fee when exchanging for item(s) of equal/greater value or for Store Credit/Gift Card instead of refund.
Most other returns for refund including accessories, audio players, DACs, headphones and other brands of amplifiers will have a 10% or $20 restocking fee, whichever is greater.
If your return/exchange is missing accessories, packaging, is damaged or dirty, we may charge a restocking fee of at least 20% or deny your return/exchange.
Open Box, Pre-Owned, and Special Order Items
Sales Tax in Virginia
Orders shipping within Virginia will have a sales tax of 5.3%. As a small independent shop, we do not collect any tax from customers in other states.
Import Tax/Customs Duty
Our prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and do not include any foreign duties or taxes. International customers are responsible for any fees that local authorities may charge for import or delivery.
