This is Dan Clark Audio's electrostatic headphone cable.
Unlike traditional flat ribbon electrostatic cables that are heavy and inconvenient, the VOCE cable is round, lightweight, supple and very non-microphonic (no self-noise). The connector is made from machined Teflon, with machined OFC gold plated copper pins, and the cable is a fully custom design, using silver-plated conductors for optimal sound. Cables may be replaced by the owner in minutes.
Formerly known as MrSpeakers, Dan Clark's headphones are hand-assembled in the USA, and their intensive sound research has resulted in a number of patents for technologies like their V-planar driver and TrueFlow magnet array. The headphones are all tuned by Clark, who favors a signature quite close to the Harman Response Curve, that tends to results in a smooth, powerful sound.
